Koehl represents clients in connection with government contract and financial assistance agreement counseling, negotiations, investigations and litigation matters. He has 20 years of experience representing commercial and defense contractors across a broad range of industries, including information technology, medical supplies and services and homeland security, with a special emphasis on matters relating to the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule contract program.
He is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia and Idaho. He has extensive experience with California procurement law matters at the state, municipal, and local government levels.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Koehl was Assistant General Counsel at Micron Technology, Inc.
He holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.A. from Colgate University.
