Holland & Hart Named Top Firm in Denver

Holland & Hart LLP has been named the best corporate law firm in Denver for the second consecutive year, according to Corporate Board Member magazine. 

"We are very proud of our corporate attorneys who handle the complete array of complex corporate issues for our clients," said firm Chairman John Husband. "Being named two years in a row by the business community underscores the top ranking."

The magazine's annual study identifies the top 20 national corporate law firms and the top corporate law firm in 25 major metropolitan areas, according to directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed with the NASDAQ, New York, or American Stock Exchanges.

"These accolades are particularly meaningful because they come from the law firms' big clients," said William S. Rukeyser, editorial director of Corporate Board Member.

Denver's corporate directors were asked to name the law firms they would select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues. Holland & Hart received the most votes from these company leaders, making it the no. 1 ranking firm in Denver.
