Holland & Hart's Newal Squyres will serve as a panelist at the 2009 Idaho Law Review Symposium this year. He will talk about "Electronic Discovery and Traps for Today's Lawyer."
University of Idaho College of Law students will examine the legal complexities of cyberspace at the Symposium titled, “Internet Law: Challenges and Opportunities.” The event will address issues generated by the growth of the Internet and explore how it is shaping commercial, personal and political exchange, globally. Four panel discussions will serve as the core of the symposium, each centered on a topic of Internet law, relevant to the intersecting fields of business, law and communications technologies.
The symposium will be held April 10, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Boise Centre on the Grove, 850 West Front St., in Boise.
