Holland & Hart was ranked as one of the leading trademark firms in the nation by Intellectual Property Today.Of the 277 firms included in the listing, Holland & Hart was placed as the 27th largest trademark practice in the U.S., the highest ranking firm headquartered in the Mountain West. The rankings were based on the number of U.S. trademark registrations issued in 2008.
The firm had a 40.8% increase in registrations over the last year, even when the Patent and Trademark Office experienced a mere 1.8% increase in applications. Of the top 30 firms listed, Holland & Hart's growth rate was rated fourth.
