At this year's Aspen/Snowmass State of the Real Estate & Development Economy Symposium and Panel Discussion, a team of panelists addressed current market conditions and the best ways to react to those changes.
The heart of the recent two-hour event consisted of a panel discussion of local business and community leaders, including Thomas Todd, a partner with Holland & Hart. Todd and the symposium presented brief information about current and predicted real estate trends in the area, perceived myths about what's going on in the marketplace, and recommendations for successfully navigating the changing real estate scene.
