Holland & Hart Attorney Mona Lyman Burton to be Inducted Into American College of Bankruptcy

Holland & Hart LLP announced that Mona Lyman Burton of the firm’s Salt Lake City, Utah, office will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy on March 12, 2010, in the Great Hall of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

Burton is one of 35 nominees from the United States and abroad being inducted in the Twenty-First Class (2010) of College Fellows. All are being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. 

Berna Rhodes-Ford Named President of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners®

The Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners® (NAWBO®) has named Berna Rhodes-Ford as its 2010 president. 

Rhodes-Ford is an attorney at Holland & Hart, representing business organizations from formation to sale. She provides advice on day to day legal issues, corporate structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.  She also has extensive experience litigating employment cases and advising clients on virtually all aspects of employment law.

Greg Goldberg Named President of Faculty of Federal Advocates

The Faculty of Federal Advocates has named Greg Goldberg as its president for 2010. 

The Faculty of Federal Advocates is an organization of attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal practice in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado by enhancing advocacy skills, professionalism and the integrity of the federal judicial system.

Goldberg, a partner at Holland & Hart LLP, replaces past-president Reid Neureiter, a partner at Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf & Kelley. John Walsh, a partner at Hill & Robbins, is president-elect of the Faculty.
