Karen Dennison Appointed by the American College of Mortgage Attorneys as State Chair for Nevada

Holland & Hart partner Karen Dennison has been appointed the State Chair for Nevada by the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA).

The ACMA was formed 37 years ago with a mission of establishing and maintaining an integrated group of highly skilled finance lawyers in the United States and Canada.  ACMA Fellows are elected to the College by their peers and have extensive experience in secured  lending transactions. Duties of the State Chair include recruiting qualified new Fellows and updating ACMA's national Mortgage Law Summary.

Ms. Dennison’s real estate practice focuses on the representation of clients including developers, lenders, sellers, and buyers in real property acquisition, development, leasing, sale and financing transactions.
