Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Janet Shih Hajek to the firm's Boulder office.
Hajek, a member of the firm's intellectual property group, will advise clients on domestic and international trademark management.
Her experience includes litigating trademark, trade dress, copyright, domain name, and anti-counterfeiting disputes in federal court, and in front of the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) and arbitration panels.
She has collaborated with foreign counsel on prosecuting trademark applications and managing IP litigation and IP transactions for U.S. clients protecting their intellectual property abroad.
Hajek holds a J.D. from The George Washington University and B.A. from The American University.
