Holland & Hart real estate attorney Rebecca W. Dow has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers.
Founded in 1978, the College was organized by real estate practitioners active in various other professional groups who perceived a need for an organization with a very selective membership comprised of lawyers recognized for their legal acumen and proven leadership that could speak effectively to issues of real estate law, regulation and practice.
Less than 1,000 of the nation's practicing real estate attorneys are ACREL fellows.

Mr. Beckstead is the first attorney in Utah to achieve this honor.
