Thomas Jensen Joins Holland & Hart’s Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Practice

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Washington, D.C. partner Thomas Jensen to the firm’s Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice.

Described recently by former Senator Bill Bradley as "the most creative, energetic and knowledgeable natural resource and energy lawyer [he] had ever met," Jensen is nationally recognized in natural resources and environmental law, having served as counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and White House Council on Environmental Quality.

Chris Chrisbens Joins Holland & Hart’s Denver Office

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Chrisbens to the firm’s Denver office.

Mr. Chrisbens brings a wealth of experience developing compliance strategies and solutions concerning all aspects of affirmative action planning and OFCCP regulatory compliance. His addition to the firm marks the introduction of a new business line within Holland & Hart’s Labor and Employment practice – Affirmative Action Plan Design and Development.

As a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice, Mr. Chrisbens provides clients with concrete solutions to help keep abreast of and comply with dynamic affirmative action regulations. He helps employers determine and navigate affirmative action obligations, develop defensible affirmative action plans to pass OFCCP scrutiny, and proactively address and resolve areas of concern to improve OFCCP audit performance.

Kelly Johnson to Lead Holland & Hart’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Practice

Holland & Hart LLP has named Washington, D.C. partner Kelly Johnson to lead the firm’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources practice.

Edward Garcia Joins Holland & Hart’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Practice

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce Edward Garcia has joined its Legislative and Regulatory Affairs practice.

Mr. Garcia is based in Holland & Hart’s Las Vegas office.  Mr. Garcia’s addition increases the firm’s Southern Nevada and statewide Regulatory and Legislative Affairs practice.

Mr. Garcia provides strategic legal counsel for clients in land use, liquor and gaming, business, real estate, legislation, lobbying, and administrative law matters before state and local governmental agencies.
