Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Bobbie Collins to the firm’s Colorado Springs office.
A respected trial lawyer, Ms. Collins is Of Counsel in Holland & Hart’s Real Estate and Construction practice. She represents lenders, landlords, tenants, retail/shopping centers, and commercial loan servicing companies through the complex processes of commercial and residential real estate matters including loan document review, title matters, receiverships, foreclosures, evictions and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Collins was a Deputy District Attorney in the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office, where she litigated over twenty misdemeanor and felony jury trials.
Ms. Collins is a member of the American, Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also actively involved in the community as chair of the Holland & Hart Foundation Committee in Colorado Springs, and as a member of a variety of committees for the American Heart Association, SouthWest Affiliate.
Ms. Collins holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
